Founded in 2015, Design & Build Builders has been at the forefront of the construction and design-build industry in the UK for nearly a decade.

Our Team
Dani Toska
Company Director
Dani is an experienced builder with over 20 years in the construction industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the business.
Dani personally oversees every project, acting as a single point of contact for our clients. He guides them through every step of the process while providing reassurance and support along the way. Dani’s enthusiasm and ambition set the tone for the entire Design & Build team, driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Outside work, Dani loves spending time with his family, although his Saturdays are all about playing football with the Design & Build team!
Etleva Kociu
Director
Etleva joined the Design & Build team in 2017, and acts as one of the company’s directors. She boasts a strong background in finance and accounting, and ensures that all company accounts are kept in order.
She constantly has a smile on her face, no matter what, and is always willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities within the organisation. These include site managing the decoration department and internal design team. Etleva keeps everything running smoothly, every day.
Outside work, green-fingered Etleva loves tending to her garden, as well as spending time with her friends and family.
Fisjona Metkaj
Company Secretary
Fisjona is our company rock, working behind the scenes to keep Design & Build running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
She acts as our personal assistant, ensuring we have everything we need to work effectively and efficiently, and booking site visits on behalf of our project managers. Fisjona continually wows us with her intellect, having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s in Clinical Laboratory studies from the University of Tirana. She also speaks 4 languages!
Outside work, Fisjona enjoys a brisk morning run, and spending time with her friends and family.
Lorenc Idrizi
Carpenter Site Manager
Lorenc has been developing his carpentry skills since he was just 18 years old, and in 2019 became a hugely valuable part of the Design & Build family. Lorenc truly is at the top of his game, and excels in his role as Carpenter Site Manager. His exceptional quality of work is evident in every single project he works on, and our clients have come to love him for his incredible talent and clear, open communication. He manages his site and team with confidence, and we’re thrilled to have him.
Outside work, Lorenc enjoys spending time with his family, and can be found playing football with the Design & Build team every Saturday.
Amarildo Elezi
Site Manager
Amarildo has a background in civil engineering and joined Design & Build as Site Manager in 2021.
He’s incredibly hard-working, and is responsible for communicating with our clients in real time as the project progresses on a day-to-day basis. Amarildo applies his skills and knowledge in construction management, quality assurance, and cost control to deliver high-quality projects that are delivered on time, and within budget.
Outside work, Amarildo loves spending time with family, is passionate about IT, and enjoys watching sports at his local pub with friends.
