Loft Conversion in Croxley Green

Our client wanted to create more room in their Croxley Green home. They opted to make better use of the space they already had by transforming their underused loft into a practical and stylish new area.

The goal was to convert the existing two-bedroom, one-bathroom property into a three-bedroom layout. There would be a refurbished family bathroom, and an ensuite attached to one of the new bedrooms.

The main challenge was space; creating an ensuite within the limited loft footprint. To make it work, our team suggested installing a Megaflo hot water cylinder within the eaves.

This clever adjustment freed up enough room for the ensuite layout the client wanted, without compromising on the size of the bedroom. With careful design, creative plumbing solutions, and close communication throughout, the new configuration came together beautifully to satisfy the client’s design needs.

The project was fully managed by Design & Build Builders, including architectural drawings, structural engineering, construction, and Building Control approval. Despite the structural and spatial challenges, everything ran smoothly and was completed on schedule in just seven weeks.
