New Build Residential Project in Gerrards Cross

This new-build project in Gerrards Cross began in December 2024, and is on track for an on-time completion by June 2026. From day one, it’s been a project that’s played to our strengths – complex groundwork, careful coordination, and confident problem-solving to tackle unexpected challenges.

The site came with its fair share of obstacles, including uneven ground and limited access for machinery. Our team handled this with precision planning. We managed every delivery and excavation step safely and efficiently, ensuring the project could start as seamlessly as possible.

Before construction began, we needed to divert an existing Thames Water soil pipe and manholes, gaining full approval from Thames Water to ensure compliance. We then carried out specialist piling and foundation work, discovering an unwelcome water ingress midway through. However, thanks to quick thinking and strong communication, we adapted our method and kept the build fully on track.

Since then, we’ve installed ridge beams, blockwork below DPC, structural steel beams and columns, and both internal and external brickwork. We’ve supplied and fitted utility services such as gas, 3-phase electrical, and internet. Beam-and-block flooring has also been laid across both the ground and first floors, preparing the structure for the next phase. We’re excited to be continuing on our journey, with roof installation, electrics, plumbing, and windows and doors next on the agenda.

“This is the second time we have used Dani and team for a project. As always, punctual, efficient, reliable and excellent communication throughout. The thing we most value is that Dani is always happy to discuss and nothing ever feels that it is too much trouble. Would highly recommend them to anyone for their domestic projects, and we will continue to use them going forward.”
