“Design and Build completed a full renovation of a 1920 house with 5 bedrooms, adding an extension with kitchen diner and 3 new bathrooms and external wall insulation and new boiler/megaflow. The guys were a pleasure to work with - communication was great, and work done quickly and to a high standard. The team have a great range of skills, they are courteous and diligent. On a small number of occasions the standard of the finish needed improving and the guys took on feedback and resolved any issues. I would definitely recommend and we will use the guys again if we do another housing project.”

"Design & Build Builders did a great job working on our house in Oxhey Hall from Sep 22 - Mar 23. I was very impressed with Dani's regular communication with me throughout the build. Dani's team were always on time, extremely professional and courteous throughout. D&B work to a very high standard and produced a beautiful house for my family to live in. The 7 month build was carried out on time and to the original agreed budget - which I was very pleased about.
