Our client was in the process of purchasing a historic property through auction, and reached out to us to ask if we’d be interested in transforming it into a dream home for his family. Of course, we were only too happy to help out with rear and double-storey side extensions, and outbuild.

This was a large-scale project that required specialist equipment including mini diggers, dumpers and grab lorries, alongside multiple skips. The client really wanted to make the home his own, requesting demolition of the old garage, full replacement for the existing roof, and new insulation and rendering for existing walls. He also required internal reconfigurations to suit the family’s needs.

Despite the size and complexity of the project, we successfully completed it within 16 weeks, on time and to the original agreed budget.

We were fortunate not to encounter any major challenges along the way, and were able to stick to our timeline. We took 1 month to demolish and dig footings, 1 month to complete internal structural reconfigurations, and 6 weeks to finish working on the new roof.
